Workout Out Wednesday : Tracy Campoli

I love Tracy Campoli! She has such a happy and positive attitude to life. I'm so busy laughing at her jokes I forget I'm working out (and sometimes so does she!) 

Tracy has had her own eating and weight struggles and now is helping out us mere mortals by kicking out body's into shape!

Whilst they are free you usually have to repeat them 2 - 3 times which may bother some people but doesn't bother me as i do them at various points through the day.

Tracy also offers two different programs focusing on nutrition to purchase on her webiste. For those of you like me who dont have tonnes of money to spend on workouts and nutrtion, Tracy also offers lifestyle advice as well as eating tips too!

 More impotant than the workout is the workout clothes! For me anyway...

Review: Coco bay Cuba Beach Dress

This stylish beach dress has been sent to me by Coco Bay

It came beautifully wrapped in blue tissue paper. I love it when my purchases are wrapped up so lovely!

This beach dress is so easy to wear and looks great both on and off the beach. It’s perfect for relaxing by the pool and the material is soft and very flattering so creates a beautiful silhouette. Plus it isn’t see-through so is ideal for those of us who never stick to the diet before we go on our holidays! This dress is also great for daywear by adding some gladiator sandals and a sun hat – think Vanessa Hudgens!

 

I found it really cool and comfortable to wear without feeling restricted. I got mine in S/M so that it was slightly baggy which I think works great with the overall look of the dress so it wasn’t tight or clingy plus it’s loose enough to wear some cute shorts underneath or even your bikini (if you’re feeling brave!) You can also bring the waist in by tying with a stylish scarf.

Celeb spotting: Casually Cool

I've replaced the usual on sale on Sunday with Celeb spotting. This will be a place i post the outfits celebs have been wearing this week that i love and also any trends that i notice popping up. I hope no one is too upset with this replacing on sale Sunday. I was really enjoying doing it but i noticed alot of the time the items i posted about sole out fairly quick and then i'd feel bad recommeding them!
