This cardigan is a great investment piece and looks so much like Chanel but without the price tag!

 

This cardigan is suitable for all seasons whether you’re wearing it over a camisole in summer or layering it up with a jumper, scarf and leggings in the cooler months. The material is very light weight but still keeps your warm plus it doesn’t cling to every curve making it really flattering. The decorative white detail is really on trend whilst the overall fit of the cardigan complements your figure.

The buttons are little roses which I feel adds to the vintage feel of the cardigan whilst also adding a special touch to it.

Review: Panache Angie Basque and briefs from Lingerieplease

The wonderful people at Lingerie Please have treated me to one of their many gorgeous Panache underwear sets.

 I’ve always had a problem with lingerie. I completely adore it and would fill my dresser with beautiful sets and silky fabrics however I HATE walking round department stores deciding which ones to buy then trying to find it in my size and getting it home to find the briefs fit but not the bra! I think that’s why I always talk myself out of buying the really indulgent items as I know how much of an ordeal it will become to get it home and to fit.

 All this is behind me now with lingerieplease.co.uk I picked what I liked from there site, entered in my sizes and voila! Perfectly fitting and beautifully well-made lingerie delivered straight to my door.  I adore the set too!

 

The Panache Angie Basque is the most comfortable item of underwear I have ever owned. It makes me feel like a princess! It is well constructed and offers a lot of support without being too restrictive or uncomfortable. The wire is flexible yet sturdy offering support but also allowing your body to move freely with no restrictions.

The shape this Basque creates reminds me of the Victoria era with the elegant hour glass silhouette.  It makes clothes fall beautifully over it and helps create the “nipped in waist” that we all dream about having without spending hours at the gym. The straps are fixed meaning you know they won’t go flying across the room or catch on your outfit plus they are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit. The material on the outside has delicate black lace on it which doesn’t show through your clothes and the inner material is wonderfully soft against your skin making it a dream to wear. The Basque sits on your hips which helps flatter one of my problem areas – my stomach! I love the length of this as it isn’t so short that your midriff is freezing but isn’t so long that it obscures the briefs.

 I adore these Panache Angie Brief I’m really finicky when buying them as I don’t want hipsters but I wouldn’t wear a full brief either. I like a high leg but not obscenely high plus I am very sensitive to what material I wear. As you can see I’m very picky! Surprisingly enough these briefs tick all the right boxes. The delicate lace on the front is soft so doesn’t irritate the skin, plus it brings a really romantic feel to the item. The cut of the briefs means they sit just above my hips without being a full brief and as for the back of the brief – wow! It really flatters your bum without compromising on the material there. I’m amazed at how well these fit as my biggest issue with that I have wide hips but a small waist so I never seem to be able to get them to sit correctly.

The set only costs £27.97as its £19.99 for the Basque and £7.99 for the briefs. The briefs are so cost effective that I will be buying the next size down ready for when I hit the gym in the summer. The delivery speed was unreal as I only finalised what I wanted Friday morning and they arrived at my door first thing on Saturday! Delivery only costs £2.95 as well and only £8 for overseas. If you place your order before 4pm and the items are in stock then your order is dispatched the same day!

If you’re like me and have spent years searching for the perfect black dress, then fret no more as this dress nails every trend whilst flattering every body shape! What more could you ask for? Review: Snakeskin Pussy Bow Blouse from Divine Trash

I’ve been sent this beautiful Max C London Snakeskin Pussy Bow Blouse from the wonderful people at Divine Trash

This top is so soft and silky to the touch! Its heaven to wear. The material is also slightly sheer making it see through in places. If you’re not comfortable showing some skin I think it looks fab when layered over a cami top or even with a waistcoat over for the office. It isn’t completely see through though and I found the parts that showed was my tummy. 

The fit of the blouse is very flattering as it has a deep v neck plunge creating a beautiful silhouette. The overall length of the blouse is perfect as it can be worn tucked into trousers or left out when worn with jeans. 

I think this blouse is really versatile as I’ve already worn it in to the office with black tailored trousers, a waistcoat and some boots (would look cute with flats though):

 The sleeves are really loose and flowing on this blouse which reminds me of the Winter Kate pieces without the huge price tag! The gentle ruffles around the neckline are a really nice touch and add some subtle details to the blouse without being over bearing. The bow around the neck is self tie which I found really practical as you can tie it up tight to create a more office appropriate neckline or leave it looser for a carefree summers evening. The quality of the material is inspiring as it’s really hard wearing whilst remaining delicate and soft.

 Divine Trash delivery is free and they can even have it for you the next day as long as you order before 4pm! The delivery was really fast which is great as I hate ordering new items and having to wait longer than I have to. Review: A gift from KIMMSMITH

It came wrapped beautifully:

I’m a big fan of pearls so this gift is a big hit with me. The bracelet is really well made and features a hook and eye type closing mechanism which makes it really easy to put the bracelet on yourself (I hate having to go round the house asking for someone to help me!). It look really chunky and yet is as light as a feather.

The earrings are the perfect acompliment to the bracelet and are also really light weight. They don’t hang too long which is great as I get the longer ones caught in my expensive  scarves and they pull holes in them.

The bracelet and earrings are really good quality and yet only cost £12.71/$19.00 USD to buy.

Review: A gift from Bellamantra

They came beautifully packaged!

I'm really picky about necklaces as i have very sensitive skin which means if i wear a necklace I'm often itchy and red from it. I also hate them the "wrong" length as i get them stuck into everything! This necklace is perfect as it sits neatly in the centre of my neck but is also really light weight against my skin.

I adore earrings and these are stunning. I love wearing my hair up to really show them off. They are really light and not too loose as i hate earrings that seem to swing on there own!

I'm so impressed with Bellamnatra's shop that I'll be doing a full feature in December so keep your eyes peeled!
